I like Sweetfrog because it’s just really easy and low-stress. You grab a cup, pick whatever frozen yogurt you’re in the mood for, and add your own toppings. I especially appreciate not having to wait around or feel rushed, since my kids usually change their minds about five times before deciding.

The machines were easy to use, and everything seemed clean when we visited. Checkout was quick too. It’s not the fanciest dessert spot, but that’s kind of the point, it’s a simple, reliable place to stop when you just want a quick treat.

I do like Sweetfrog and most of the flavors are usually really good, but the availability has been inconsistent lately. Last time I went, a few toppings I specifically wanted were out, and one flavor that was listed online wasn’t even available when I got there. I mentioned it because it’s happened more than once now, and it’s starting to feel like something they should stay on top of a little better. It’s not the end of the world, and I’ll probably still stop in for a quick treat, but it’s definitely annoying when you show up expecting certain options and they’re not there

We had sweetFrog cater my daughter’s birthday party, and it couldn’t have been easier. The toppings were fresh, the kids absolutely loved it, and everything was set up right on time. I’d definitely use them again.

After dinner we stopped in, super clean the place was. The floors weren’t sticky, the toppings area looked nice and tidy, and the tables had been wiped down. Even with a few kids running around, the staff kept checking on things and cleaning up. Made getting froyo feel easy and not gross, lol. 5 stars from me...

I enjoy Sweetfrog and the rewards program is a decent bonus, especially if you’re already stopping in regularly. For someone like me who only goes once in a while, it feels like it takes a long time to actually earn anything. I’ve also had points not show up right away, which can be a little frustrating. It’s still great for an occasional treat, but the loyalty program isn’t really a big selling point unless you’re a frequent visitor

I’d definitely use it again.

The treats were decent overall, and the texture was nice, but I kept getting stuck on the allergen info. The label felt a little too vague for me, especially in the tiny fine-print section where I expected more detail. I like to double-check ingredients and possible cross-contact notes, so I wish that part had been clearer.

The frozen machines are hit or miss. Some days they work fine, and other times they’re down again, which is frustrating if that’s what you came in for. I know machines can be finicky — my coffee maker at home acts like it has a personal grudge against me, but it does seem to happen a little too often here.

Not bad, just not quite as fresh as I was hoping.

I mostly use the Sweetfrog app to check my rewards, and it’s been easy so far. I haven’t had any weird login problems or my phone freezing up, which I definitely appreciate. I like being able to see my points after I buy something — it makes everything feel "simple" and easy to keep track of. It’s been really handy when I’m taking the kids out for a quick treat.
